April 10, Comments. I'm Beau, and I am the owner, designer, operator, salesperson, janitor, folder, quality controller, web builder, and delivery driver for Tee See Tee. This is not easy for me. I am not "shy" by today's standards, but I am not an extrovert either. So to make a decision to be out there in front of the masses, selling, schmoozing, talking about our process and products, I am getting nervous just thinking about it! But it needs to happen. I realized earlier this year that the last couple years we spent so much energy on designing, printing, and delivering tens of thousands of t-shirts to our retail partners all over Michigan, that we stopped doing things like street fairs, music festivals, and trunk shows. In our first year of business, Tee See Tee did about 30 different shows during the summer. In our 3rd and 4th I want to show you what Tee See Tee is all about; having fun, being original, and making you smile!

I discovered Mama Cax through a podcast. She talked about all the amazing things she was doing despite her disability. Of course I had to stalk her Insta right after and was blown away by both her stunning feed, amazing style, and those drop dead gorgeous looks! She had grown quite a large following of over k people who just adore all she's doing in the fashion and female empowerment world. This gal survived cancer at a young age and lost one of her legs but she did not let that stop her from fulfilling her dreams.
May 02, Comments. Concrete poured in hot weather, low humidity, or high wind can suffer adverse effects if proper adjustments are not made to the process. Among other things, this can include using shade to block direct sunlight or spraying aggregates with cold water to keep them cool. Concrete sets by hydrating. In other words, it sucks up water and forms crystals around the particles in the concrete. The cooler the concrete, the longer this process takes and the more time the crystals have to strengthen. When the concrete is hotter, the crystallization process happens more quickly, giving the crystals less time to strengthen. Evaporation also can have a negative effect on the surface layer of the concrete.
